I have over 26 years of direct customer prospecting, selling & business development experience. And after years in many selling industries, a direction change was needed. Now I shares my passion for sales by helping others apply the 5 core sales call elements to have more success. Specializing in practical sales call techniques we can easily apply today.

For me, it was all about people with experience taking the time to train me on how I was approaching, presenting and communicating my ideas, products and services with my customers. When they showed me how to change my sales call approach - my customers eventually change their buying behavior with me. 


And my true success started when I was taught how to control the customer conversation. From here, I was able to focus on building trust with my customers. Once the customer trusted me, they were more willing to listen, work and buy from me. Having a great sales pitch was all it took.


 There wasn't a magic formula I used and I never had a 100% close rate. But for me, just winning over 1 - 2% more customers, was significant and still is. Applying simple techniques taught to me and from real-time customer interactions.  


To sum it all up; it's about how I was able to learn the right sales call techniques keeping me in-control of the sales call customer conversation. I mastered the 5 core sales call elements.
